Check-out Information
Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please contact us in advance and wait for staff confirmation.
Before leaving:
- Check that you have all personal belongings.
- Turn off the lights, air conditioner and other electrical appliances.
- Close the windows.
- Dispose of garbage according to the hotel instructions.
- Return the room key according to the check-in instructions.
Cleaning staff may enter the room after 10:00 AM. Thank you for staying with us.
Late Check-out
Late check-out may be available until 12:00 noon for an additional charge of ¥1,000 per hour.
A 12:00 noon check-out costs an additional ¥2,000. Please contact us in advance. Late check-out is subject to availability and is confirmed only after you receive approval from staff.
Luggage Storage
We are sorry, but this is a self-check-in hotel without a 24-hour front desk. We are therefore unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Additional Towels
If you need additional towels while the cleaning staff are unavailable, please take one sealed towel pack from the white rack in the 8th-floor corridor.
Please take only what you need. If you cannot find the towels, contact us for assistance.
Fukuoka City Accommodation Tax
Please note that this is not a service fee or a tax set by the hotel. It is the Fukuoka City accommodation tax required by the local government for stays within Fukuoka City.
The accommodation tax may not be included in the room price paid online. When payment is required at the property, we collect it on behalf of Fukuoka City in accordance with the applicable rules.

Parking Information
The parking spaces next to the hotel are reserved for monthly contract holders and are not hotel parking. Hotel guests must not park there.
Please use a nearby paid coin parking lot. There is a coin parking lot next to the hotel. Parking fees vary, so please check the price and conditions shown at the parking lot before entering.
Letters and Parcel Deliveries
As this is an unmanned hotel without a 24-hour front desk, we cannot receive letters or parcels on behalf of guests.
You may use the hotel address for a delivery only if you can receive the parcel yourself at the delivery time. Please arrange the delivery directly with the carrier.

Garbage Disposal
Transparent garbage bags are provided on the shoe rack in your room.
Please separate your garbage into two bags:
- Cans and glass bottles
- All other garbage, including food waste and plastic
Tie the bags securely and place them in the large trash bins on the first floor underneath the stairs. Thank you for your cooperation.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms, anywhere inside the building, or on balconies.
If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking area on the first floor near the bicycles. Please extinguish cigarettes completely and keep the area clean.

The password is also displayed on the wall inside your room. The same password is used on all floors, but the 2nd floor has a different network name.
